Take Interstate 5 south, staying to the right on the Local Bypass portion as you approach the I-56 junction. Remain in the right-hand lane for interstate 805 south. Take the Carmel Mountain Road exit. Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Carmel Mountain Road. Go one block and turn left onto Sorrento Valley Road. At the traffic light, turn right on Sorrento Valley Blvd., cross over the railroad tracks, and turn left onto Roselle Street. Continue south almost all the way to the end of the street. The center will be on your right.

Take Interstate 56 west. When it ends, stay to the right and merge onto Interstate 5 south. Move to the far right lane and take the Carmel Mountain Road exit. Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Carmel Mountain Road. Go one block and turn left onto Sorrento Valley Road. At the traffic light, turn right on Sorrento Valley Blvd., cross over the railroad tracks, and turn left onto Roselle Street. Continue south almost all the way to the end of the street. The center will be on your right.

Take Interstate 5 north to the Sorrento Valley Road exit. At the bottom of the off-ramp turn right onto Roselle Street and continue south almost all the way to the end of the street. The center will be on your right.

Take Interstate 8 west to Interstate 805 north. Take the Sorrento Valley Road exit off 805 north. At the off-ramp stoplight, turn right and move immediately into the third lane from the right. At the next signal turn right onto Sorrento Valley Road and continue to Sorrento Valley Blvd. Turn left at the stoplight onto Sorrento Valley Blvd., cross over the railroad tracks, and turn left onto Roselle Street. Continue south almost all the way to the end of the street. The center will be on your right.
